What You Need to Know


There are four main considerations for health today:

  1. What is your lifestyle and are you putting good things into your body?
  2. Are you digesting it?
  3. Is it getting through to your cells so your body can actually use it?
  4. What is your level of stress? Emotional, physical, chemical.

 

Most alternative practitioners, coaches and trainers spend their time working on the first consideration. There are any number of excellent practitioners in these areas.

 

I work with all four. The first question used to be enough, but no more. The food chain is broken. That means our bodies to act out in various ways as they get more and more out of balance. This isn't always taken into account.
